Emaar approves CEO’s request after renewing his contract

Emaar The Economic City announced on Tuesday the decision of the Board of Directors (based on the Remuneration and Nomination Committee’s recommendation) to approve the request of the CEO, Mr Cyril Piaia, regarding not renewing his contract that will end on 31 August 2024 AD provided that the notice period shall commence as of 27 February 2024 AD until 31 August 2024 AD.

According to the company statement on Tadawul, as the managing director, Mr. Mansour Al-Salem will continue to manage the company.
