Hail Cement to distribute cash dividends for 4Q of 2023

Hail Cement Company announced the decision of the Board of Directors on 24-02-2024 to distribute cash dividends to the company’s shareholders for the fourth quarter of the year 2023.

The Total amount distributed will be 33742282.7.

The number of shares eligible for dividends will be 96406522.

The dividend per share is 0.35.

The percentage of dividends to the share par value is 3.5%.

The eligibility date will be on Thursday, 29 February 2024, provided that the eligibility is for the shareholders who own shares and are registered in the company’s shareholders register at the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date.

The distribution date will be on Thursday, 14-03-2024.

The company said that there is no name of other official authorities or details of their non-refusal to the recommendation or decision.

The distribution will be through direct transfer to the bank accounts linked to the shareholders’ investment portfolios. The company encourages the shareholders to update their data with the banks that hold their accounts to ensure that their due dividends are deposited directly in future.
