Knowledge City Inks Deal with Hilton for Residential Tower in Al Multaqa Project

The Knowledge Economic City Company revealed on Sunday the signing of an agreement with Hilton International Group to oversee branding and hotel services for the residential tower within the Al Multaqa project. The contract entails initial fees, percentages of sales value, and an annual amount linked to hotel service usage by apartment owners.

Under the terms, the residential tower will be branded as a “Hilton” property, benefiting from Hilton’s esteemed brand and tailored services. Residents will enjoy access to all hotel amenities associated with the tower.

The agreement not only enhances the commercial value of the residential tower but also boosts sales of hotel apartments, with financial impacts to be reflected over the contract’s duration and apartment sales periods.

Aligned with the Knowledge City Forum project’s vision to become a premier social and economic destination in Madina, the commercial market is integrated with the adjacent Hilton hotel, featuring 354 five-star rooms and a banquet and conference hall. The residential tower, carrying the Hilton name, will comprise luxury branded residences served by Hilton.

Comprising 64 luxury hotel apartments, including a penthouse, the residential tower’s concrete structure is nearing completion, with finalization contingent on contracts for electromechanical and finishing works.

This development is part of the Knowledge City Forum project, aimed at establishing a vibrant urban hub in Madina, blending leisure, entertainment, hospitality, shopping, and residential services. Key components include a main market, event spaces, indoor entertainment venues, a cinema, health club, and a commercial boulevard overlooking lush greenery.
