Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group BOD to Distribute SAR 402.5 mln cash profits for Q4 2023

The Board of Directors of Dr. Sulaiman Al -Habib Group for Medical Services decided Sunday to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for Q4 of the year 2023, with a total amount distributed of SAR 402.5 mln, and the share of the stock of distribution equals SAR 1.15 per share, and with a distribution rate to the value of the nominal share 11.5%.

The company said in a statement today on “Tadawul” that the number of shares due for profits is 350 million shares, and that the date of the distribution will be on Monday 4 March 2024.

Dividends will be allocated to shareholders owning shares on the close of trading on Wednesday, February 21, 2024, corresponding to 11 Shaaban 1445 H. This is contingent upon the ownership rights of the shares being recorded in the shareholders’ records by the end of the following day to qualify for the distribution.

The company warned the non-resident investors that the monetary distributions are subject to a tax deduction by 5% in accordance with the provisions of Article (68) of the Income Tax Law and Article (63) of its Executive Regulations.

It also emphasized that non-resident investors enjoying tax exemptions on profit distributions issued by ZATCA to promptly contact the Investor Relations Department to provide them with documents supporting such tax exemption.
