Inflation in Germany fell to 3.1% in January
The Federal Statistical Office in Germany said on Friday that inflation fell in January to 3.1%, confirming what was stated in preliminary data.
Consumer prices, harmonized to facilitate comparison with data for other European Union countries, rose by about 3.8% year-on-year in December.
