– Vote on appointing the company’s auditor from among the candidates based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee; This is to examine, review and audit the financial statements for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2023/2024 AD and the fiscal year that will end on 08/31/2024 AD, and the first quarter and second quarter of the fiscal year 2024/2025 AD and determine his fees.

– Voting on the election of members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which begins on 02/28/2024 AD and for a period of three years ending on 02/27/2027 AD.

– Vote on authorizing the Board of Directors (elected for the next session) with the authority of the Ordinary General Assembly with the authorization stated in Paragraph (1) of Article Twenty-Seven of the Companies Law, for a period of one year from the date of approval by the General Assembly or until the end of the session of the Board of Directors (elected for the next session), whichever Earlier, in accordance with the conditions contained in the executive regulations of the companies’ system for listed joint-stock companies.
