“Raoom” receives a letter from one of its major shareholders
Raoom Trading Company announced that it had received a letter from Abdulaziz Abdullah Mohammed Al-Hamid, one of the company’s founders and one of its major shareholders, regarding the sale of part of his shares in the company for the purpose of achieving one of the requirements for moving to the main market, which is the liquidity requirement. This will result in a change in the list of major owners in the company.
