Alkhabeer Capital Announces Distribution of SAR 13.7 Million in Cash Dividends for the Second Half

Alkhabeer Capital announced on Sunday the distribution of SAR 13.7 mln in cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer Diversified Income Traded Fund for the period from 1 July 2023 to 31 December 2023, equivalent to 2.91% of the net asset.

Cash distributions will be made on the basis of 47,2 mln outstanding units; the amount of dividends distributed is SAR 0.29 for each unit.

Cash distribution entitlement for Unitholders will be as per the unitholders’ register at the end of 15 February 2024; distributions will be paid within 10 business days of the distribution entitlement date.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the Unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institutions where their accounts are being held to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
