Oil prices rose today, Thursday, after sources from the OPEC+ alliance said that the agenda of the Joint Ministerial Monitoring Committee meeting does not include discussing policy change.
By 1114 GMT, Brent crude futures rose 67 cents to $81.22 a barrel. US West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose 66 cents to $76.51.
According to Reuters, oil prices received support earlier in the session from signals from the Federal Reserve about a possible start to cut interest rates.
