SARCO appoints Mishal Al-Aqla as Chairman of Audit Committee
Saudi Arabian Refineries Sarco announced on Wednesday the formation of members of the Audit Committee for the Council session that begins on 01/25/2024 for 3 years, appointed the following members:
– Mr. Mishal Abdul Rahman Al-Aqla (Chairman of the Committee)
– Mr. Khaled Mohammed Al-Hanaki (Member)
– Mr. Osama Suleiman Al-Sudais – Outside Board Member
