Sumou sign MoU with International Company for Ajwan Project Hotel Management

Sumou Real Estate Company announced signing a non-binding memorandum of understanding with the First Gulf Real Estate Company, owner of the Ajwan Project. This collaboration extends to include Meliá International Hotels Company, entrusted with the management and operation of an upcoming hotel within the Sumou-developed Ajwan Project.

The company, in its announcement shared on Tadawul, emphasised that the financial impacts of this memorandum will be achieved once the final agreement is signed.
