Yaqeen Capital, as Financial Advisor and Lead Manager for the Offering of “Pan Gulf Marketing Company”, announced on Sunday the extension of the offering period and the publication of the supplementary prospectus related to offering (600,000) ordinary shares representing (12.00%) of the company’s total shares (the “Offering”) and listing in the Parallel Market.
