Athens International Airport said on Monday that Greece has begun preparations to sell a 30% stake in the airport through an initial public offering and separate agreements with shareholders AviaAlliance and the Koppelouzis family.
According to Reuters, the offering is expected to take place in February, subject to obtaining regulatory approvals.
Deutsche Bank will be a joint bookrunner, while Morgan Stanley and Bank of America Securities will act as joint coordinators.
