Seera Group agrees to elect BOD members for the next session

Seera Group Holding Board of Directors announced on Sunday the results of the ordinary general assembly meeting (the First meeting) which was held at 7:00 PM on Thursday, 11/01/2024 through modern technology methods.

The Company explained that the BOD approved the election of the following Board members, from among candidates for the next session starting from 29 March, 2024 for four years ends on 28 March, 2028.

1. Hamza bin Othman bin Hamza Khushaim

2. Eid bin Faleh bin Seif AlShamri

3. Ahmadsamer bin Hamdi bin Saadelddin Alzaim

4. Mohammed bin Saleh bin Hasan Alkhalil

5. Abdulaziz bin Saleh bin Abdullah Alrebdi

6. Abdullah bin Nasser bin Abdullah Aldawood

7. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz bin Ibrahim Alrashed

Engineer/ Mohammed bin Saleh Al Khalil was also chosen as Chairman of the Executive Committee, and Mr. Yazeed Bin Khaled Al Muhaizaa was chosen as Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee.
