Al Jouf Cement signs contract with Jordanian company to sell and export clinker with SAR 30 mln

Al-Jouf Cement Company announced on Tuesday the signing of a contract with Rabou’ Al-Taybeh Company. According to this contract, Al-Jouf Cement Company sells and exports clinker to Rabou’ Taybah Company in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The contract period is six months, subject to renewal, and the contract value is 30 million riyals / more than 10% of the company’s total revenues, according to the latest audited financial statements.
The Company explained today on Tadawul that the financial impact will be positive on the company’s financial statements, starting from the first quarter of 2024 until the second quarter of 2024.
