Ladun Investment announces project awarding of a subsidiary, at SAR 185.3 million

Ladun Investment Company announces that one of its subsidiaries “Built Industrial Company” has project award with Jazan City for Basic and Downstream Industries -Royal Commission for Jubail & Yanbu – with a total value of SAR 185.3 million.

The work of this project includes procurement, construction, and all the necessary work to build the headquarters of the Royal Commission (HQ) in Jazan City for basic and downstream industries, which consists of about 28,697 square meters, which is the building area to accommodate about 1,500 employees.

It also includes landscaping and site development of an approximate area of 7.4 hectares according to competition drawings and documents to produce a fully functional and operational facility.
