MBC shares to be listed on Saudi main financial market

Saudi Tadawul announced that MBC Group shares will be listed and begin trading in the main market starting Monday, January 8, 2024, with the trading code 4072 and the international code SA15U0CHVK19, and that the daily price fluctuation limits will be +/- 30% with the application Fixed limits for price fluctuation at +/- 10%

She indicated that these limits will be applied only during the first three days of listing, and starting from the fourth day of trading, the daily price fluctuation limits will be reset to -/+ 10%, and the fixed price fluctuation limits will be cancelled.

The Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) announced this morning that the securities subscribed to by the MBC Group Company had been added today, Thursday, to the center’s accounts for eligible shareholders.

It mentions HSBC Saudi Arabia as the lead manager, and HSBC Saudi Arabia, JP Morgan Saudi Arabia and NCB Capital as financial advisors, institutional bookrunners and underwriters for the initial public offering of MBC Group.
