‎“Forbes”: 21 billionaires from our list of the rich died in 2023, ‎including a woman

The American magazine Forbes revealed that a total of 21 billionaires died in 2023 out of 2,640 people included by the magazine in the latest list of the world’s billionaires.

According to Russia Today, the magazine, which is considered one of the most reliable and well-known economic and financial magazines in the world, reported that nine of those deceased held American citizenship. In addition, many billionaires from India and Malaysia died last year

The magazine indicated that there is only one woman on this list (the list of the deceased) – and she is Zhao Ning, one of the co-founders of the Chinese pharmaceutical company WuXi AppTec.

The article noted that the average age of billionaires who died in 2023 was 85 years.

About half of them were at least 90 years old. Indian businessman Keshub Mahindra and Berkshire Hathaway Vice Chairman Charles Munger were the two oldest billionaires to die in 2023. Both were 99 years old at the time of death.
