Paper Home GA agrees to elect 5 members to BOD

Paper Home Company announced to its shareholders the results of the ordinary general assembly meeting (first meeting), which was held on Thursday, where the assembly agreed to elect members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which begins on December 24 and lasts for 4 years, when it ends. On December 23, 2027 AD, they are:

– Faisal Yacoub Youssef Al-Maghribi

– Ammar Yacoub Youssef Al-Maghribi

– Abdul Mohsen Khaled Abdul Mohsen Al-Sudairi
