‎“Red Sea” signs a contract with “Baker Hughes” to design, ‎manufacture, supply and operate specialized units

Red Sea International Company signed a 4-year contract with Baker Hughes, one of the largest oil field services companies in the world, to design, manufacture, supply and operate accommodation facilities in the Eastern Province to support oil exploration operations in the region, for 32.2 million riyals, excluding tax. According to the company’s statement on Tadawul, the facilities consist of several fully furnished prefabricated units that are used as offices, dining facilities, laundry, sports club, mosque, and others. They are built of high-quality materials to withstand harsh weather conditions and constant transportation requirements to different locations.

The company confirmed that the process also requires full remote life support services, which include catering, laundry, housekeeping, pest control, and facilities management.

The financial impact is represented in achieving revenues and profits starting from the fourth quarter of 2024.
