Jabal Omar agrees to amend articles of bylaws, including article related to subscription to shares

Jabal Omar Development Company announced on Thursday the results of the 14th Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (The Second Meeting), which was held on Wednesday, which included the approval of amending Article (8) of the company’s bylaws related to Subscription to shares.

The results also included the approval of amending Article (11) of the company’s bylaws related to the shares trading, the approval of amending Article (18) of the company’s bylaws related to the company management, and the approval of amending Article (22) of Powers of the Chairman, Vice Chairman, Managing Director and Board Secretary.
