Society Medical Announces Resignation of Omar Baroum, Board of Directors Member
The Leading Society Medical announced on Wednesday the Board of Directors Member approval of the resignation of Board Member Hisham Omar Ali Baroum (non-executive) from his position, effective December 4, 2023.
The resignation came as a result of license expiry at the General Assembly held on October 6, 2022, to allow him to participate in the Board of Directors of Saudi Anova Healthcare Company.
