Alinma Sukuk GA approves division of unit’s nominal value from 100 riyals to 10 riyals

Alinma Investment Company announces the results of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund – Short Maturity unitholders’ meeting held on Dec. 5, 2023.

The Results of the Meeting:

The recommendation of splitting the fund’s nominal value of the units from SAR 100 to SAR 10 per unit has been approved. The number of Alinma Saudi Government Sukuk ETF Fund – Short Maturity units will become (40,430,130) units instead of (4,043,013) units.
