Tomorrow… trading in “Riyadh Cement” shares will be ‎suspended for transferring to main market

Yaqeen Finance announced that today, Wednesday, is the last day of the period of making the transfer document available for inspection by the public, indicating that the market will stop trading in Riyadh Cement Company shares tomorrow, Thursday, for a period not exceeding 5 trading days maximum, and the transfer procedures will begin for the main market.

This comes with reference to the Saudi Tadawul Group’s approval of Riyadh Cement Company’s request to move from the parallel market to the main market issued on 04-30-1445 AH (corresponding to 11-14-2023 AD), and the company’s announcement of publishing the transfer document on 05-02. -1445 AH (corresponding to 11-16-2023 AD).
