Al-Jouf Agricultural postpones Extraordinary GA meeting due to quorum lack

Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Company announced on Wednesday that the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (the second meeting), which was scheduled to take place an hour after the first meeting, has not been held due to the lack of the necessary quorum.

The company will invite a third extraordinary general assembly meeting after obtaining the approval of the relevant authorities, noting that the third meeting will be held by the shareholders who attended.
