Tam Development Co. signs facilities agreement with Al-Jazira Bank at SAR 15 mln
Tam Development Co. announced on Monday that it signed a banking facilities agreement compatible with the provisions of Islamic Sharia with Al-Jazira Bank amounting to SAR 15 mln, with the aim of Bank guarantees facilities and Short-term Finance facility (if needed).
The company said that the financing period is 12 months, in exchange for a promissory note worth 110% of the total value of the facilities.
