SAL Saudi BOD distributes SAR 152 million cash dividend for Q2 & Q3

SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co. announced the decision of the Board of Directors to distribute interim cash dividends to shareholders for the Second & Third quarters of the fiscal year 2023. The Total amount distributed is SAR 152 million, dividend per share amounts to SAR 1.90, and the percentage of dividend to the Share Par Value of. (19%)

The company stated on Sunday on Tadawul that the number of Shares eligible for dividends is 80 million Share, to be distributed within 15 working days from the eligibility date.

The dividends will be distributed through the Securities Depository Centre which will transfer the dividends to the investment portfolios through the custody members. To ensure that the dividends are deposited in the investment portfolios without delay, the company would like to remind all shareholders of the need to ensure that their data is updated with the custody members.
