Tihama announces referral of lawsuit it filed against some former BOD members to Securities Disputes Resolution Committee

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. announced on Tuesday that it has received notification from the legal advisor of the lawsuit on 06 – 11 – 2023 regarding the issuance of the decision of the Securities Disputes Appeal Committee to refer the lawsuit to the Committee for the Resolution of Securities Disputes to reconsider its decision
