Saudi Venture Capital Invests SAR37.5 Million in Roya Private Capital ILP Fund

Saudi Venture Capital (SVC) announced an investment of SAR37.5 million in Roya Private Capital ILP Fund, managed by Roya Partners.

The fund will provide capital solutions in the form of private debt instruments to small and medium enterprises, including companies backed by late-stage venture investment, in the Kingdom and the region.

The agreement was signed by SVC CEO and Board Member Dr. Nabil bin Abdul-Qader Koshak and partner at Roya Partners Omar Al Yawar, in the presence of SVC Chief Investment Officer Noura Al Sarhan and Chief Legal Officer Haifa Bahian.
