BURGERIZZR announces its transition from Parallel Market to Main Market
Shatirah House Restaurant Co. (Burgerizzr) announced on Sunday the passing of resolution of its board of directors on 12/10/2023 approving the transition of the company from the Parallel Market “Nomu” to the Main Market.
Note that the transfer is subject to market approval and is conditional on fulfilling all requirements stipulated in the listing rules, and any developments will be announced later.
