ACWA POWER appoints Abdulla Abduljabbar as BOD Member

ACWA POWER Co. announced on Sunday that the Board of Directors approved by circulation the appointment of Mr. Abdulla Fahad Abduljabbar as a member of the Board of Directors in the vacant position in the Board to continue the current Board term that will end on 4th January 2025.

Mr. Abdulla Abduljabbar has Bachelor’s degree in economics from California State University since 1998, He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Sanabil Investments.

Mr. Abdulla Abduljabbar brings also over 20 years of multidisciplinary experience in the financial sector, both locally and internationally, across investments, strategic planning, banking, advisory, corporate finance, and capital markets. He serves on several reputable entities Boards and Board Committees.
