Cenomi Centers announces decrease in Raseel Al Ihsa plot sale value to SAR 62.5 million

Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centers) announced that the previous buyer of (Raseel Al Ihsa) land located at Granada District in Al Ahsa, Mr. Abdullah bin Fahd bin Abdullah Al Harish Al Tamimi, waived the assignment to the new buyer, Halat Real Estate Company, a one-person company represented by Mr. Nahed bin Muhammad bin Hamad Al-Jabr.

The company stated on Tadawul that the sale price was reduced from SAR 65.5 million to SAR 62.5 million (excluding real estate transaction tax and brokerage fees), a reduction of SAR 3.0 million

This followed the company’s announcement on the Saudi Tadawul website on September 6, 2023, regarding the sale of a plot of land (Raseel Al Ihsa) located at Granada District in Al Ahsa.
