Alinma Tokyo: No creditor objections to the merger deal

Alinma Tokio Marine Co. announced on Sunday the end of the creditors’ objection period at the end of Friday 06-10-2023G), which ATMC did not receive any objections from any creditors during that period.

This comes with reference to the announcement published by Alinma Tokio Marine Co. (“ATMC”) dated 21-09-2023 on Saudi Exchange website in regard to the start of the creditors’ objection period to the merger deal in accordance with the provisions of Article (227) of the Companies Law.
