Al Hammadi Holding announces resignation of Ms. Lama Alhammadi, audit committee member

Al Hammadi Holding Company announced the resignation of Ms. Lama Abdulaziz Alhammadi from her membership in the audit committee (member from outside the BOD) due to her own circumstances.
The Board of Directors resolution was issued approving the submitted resignation, to be effective as of 17.09.2023.
The Board of Directors of the company extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Ms. Lama Alhammadi for all her valuable efforts and effective contributions throughout her membership in the Audit Committee.
The Board of Directors will appoint a member in the vacant position, according to the followed procedure, as soon as possible so that the formation of the Committee is in line with the requirements of the relevant statutory articles in terms of the minimum number of members of the Audit Committee (three members).
