Horizon Food Appoints Yousef Al Rajhi as BOD Chairman and Ahmed Al Arfaj as his deputy

Horizon Food Co. announced on Wednesday the decisions of the Board of Directors meeting held on September 12/09/ 2023, to appoint Mr. Yousef bin Abdullah Al Rajhi (non-executive member) – Chairman of the Board of Directors, appoint Mr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Arfaj (Executive Member) – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director, to appoint Mrs. Maha bint Muhammad Al-Muqrin – Secretary of the Board of Directors.

 The decision included the appointment of company representatives at the Capital Market Authority. This decision is effective from the beginning of September 12 until the end of the session on March 1, 2027.

This comes with reference to the results of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting of Horizon Food Company, which was held on 10/09/2023, which included the approval of the election of members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates to fill the three vacant seats on the Board of Directors. This is to complete the current session, which began on 01/03/2022 and ends on 01/03/2027.
