Maharah associate company signs contract to supply cooked meals project with a Saudi government entity at SAR 3 billion

Maharah Human Resources Company announced that the Saudi Health Systems Company (an associate company) signed the contracts with a Saudi government entity to supply cooked meals at an amount of SAR 3.45 billion.

The company stated that the contract’s duration is 3 years, and the financial impact is expected to be reflected on the company’s financial statements starting from the third quarter of the current year 2023 and shall continue during the validity period of the contract.

This comes in reference to Maharah announcement on 30.08.2023, that the Saudi Health Systems Company (an associate company 40% owned by Growth Avenue Investment Company – a 100% subsidiary of Maharah) signed the contracts with a Saudi government entity to supply cooked meals.
