Arabian Contracting Services announces appeal of Jeddah Municipality against ruling issued in case filed by company

Arabian Contracting Services Co. announced on Monday to its shareholders that Jeddah Municipality has submitted an appeal against the judgment, within the statutory period specified for submitting the appeal. Accordingly, the date for the appeal session has been set at the Administrative Court of Appeal in Riyadh Region on Monday 16-10-2023.

This comes referring to the announcement of Arabian Contracting Services Co. on 19-07-2023 about issuance of a preliminary judgment in its favor and issued in the case filed by the company against Jeddah Municipality.

The Company indicated that the completion date of this event cannot be determined at this moment, there are no costs associated with the event at the moment, the financial impact will be disclosed later-if it exists-.
