It was announced the establishment of the US Hub of Hevolution Foundation and the formation of the Board of Directors of the Hevolution Investment Company in Boston, USA, which is wholly owned by the Hevolution Charitable Foundation. The Board of Directors includes a number of prominent names with the membership of: Dr. Mahmoud Khan (Chief Executive Officer of the Hevolution Charitable Foundation) and Dr. Abdul Rahman Al- Olayan (CEO and Founder of Beta Lab), Andrew Levers (formerly Chairman of Lucid), Jim Scoba (Managing Director of MBM Capital), Lester Vegan (Attorney and Co-Founder of Cole Partners), in addition to Dr. Charlotte Kramer.

The company’s investment goals come within the efforts of the Hevolution Foundation in the field of aging, which was established in 2021 in the belief that everyone has the right to live a longer and healthier life, and it is a global catalyst, partner and supporter, on a mission to push efforts to extend a healthy human life and understanding of aging processes. Last month, Hevolution announced a $5 million grant to Impetus, a nonprofit science funding organization focused on life-extending research. This is within the framework of stimulating research and entrepreneurship in the field of health sciences. This pledge is complemented by Hevolution funding of $2 million in Impetus grants, supporting 14 research projects.
