Sarco announces start of electronic voting on Assembly articles

Saudi Arabia’s Saudi Refineries Company (Sarco) announced on Sunday that the start of electronic voting on the terms of the regular general assembly meeting (first meeting), as one o’clock in the morning on Sunday, 27/08/2023, until the end of the assembly meeting time, Wednesday 30/08/2023.

Shareholders registered on the Tadawulaty services website will be able to vote (remotely) on the assembly items through the Tadawulaty website (https://login.tadawulaty.com.sa), knowing that registration and voting in Tadawulaty services is free for all shareholders.

This comes referring to the announcement of the Saudi Arabian Refineries Company (Sarco) on the website of the Saudi Stock Exchange Company (Tadawul) on 07/08/2023 regarding the invitation to attend the Ordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting) scheduled to be held, God willing, at 6:30 PM On Wednesday 30/08/2023, by means of modern technology using the Tadawulaty platform.
