Tam Development allows shareholders to vote electronically on GA meeting agenda

Tam Development Co. announced to its shareholders that the electronic voting on the agenda of the extraordinary general assembly meeting (First Meeting), which will be held on the Sunday, 27.08.2023, will be available to the shareholders registered on the (Tadawulati) website, starting from Wednesday, 23.08.2023, until the end of the time of the Extraordinary General Assembly.

This came in reference to the announcement of Tam Development Company on the Saudi Exchange website dated 31.07.202, regarding the invitation to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) by means of modern technology.
