Abdul Hameed Al-Adeeb appointed as member of AlWasail BOD

AlWasail Industrial Company announced on Tuesday the issuance of the Board of Directors’ decision, based on the recommendation of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, to appoint Mr. Abdul Hameed bin Fahd Abdullah Al-Adeeb as a board member (non-executive) in the vacant seat in the Board to complete the current term ending on December 22, 2024.

The company explained today on Tadawul that Mr. Abdul Hameed Fahd Abdullah Al-Adaib holds a bachelor’s degree in the Faculty of Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud University. He worked in the education sector and then the public prosecution, after which he devoted himself to commerce in the private sector.

The board approval may not be deemed final; this appointment shall be put before the first general assembly meeting for approval.
