Saudi German Health approves issuance of sukuk through public or private offering

The Board of Directors of the Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) announced on Sunday the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (first meeting), which was held on August 17, 2023, by means of modern technology.

Voting Results:

– Approved on the issuance of Sukuk by the Company, by single or multiple issuances, through one or multiple programs created for this purpose or on a standalone basis, by way of a public or private offering, inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or outside it, with the possibility of listing them in any exchange, whether it is denominated in Saudi Riyals or any other currency.
