Tam Development awarded contract with Theater and Performing Arts Commission for SAR 10 million

Tam Development Company announced that it has received the letter of award for managing and activating a project for the Theater and Performing Arts Commission, at a value of SAR 10 million including VAT.

The company stated on Wednesday on Tadawul that the contract’s scope includes providing the needed consulting services along with digital solutions to design and manage a project for the Theater and Performing Arts Commission, which will be signed on Sep. 15, 2023.

Noting that there are no related parties, and that the financial impact of this contract is expected to be reflected starting from the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2023.
