Riyad REIT distributes SAR 43 million cash dividends to unitholders

Riyad Capital announced the distribution of cash dividends to Riyad REIT’s Fund Unitholders for the first half, with gross distributed dividends of SAR 42.9 million, at an amount of SAR 0.25 per unit, and a distribution ratio of 2.19% of the net assets value.

Cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register on the end of 19.09.2023, “end of the trading day on 17/09/2023”, and distributions shall be paid within 15 working days from the eligibility date.

The Fund Manager would like to remind the unitholders to update their information with Capital Market Institution, where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
