‎“Raoom” BOD decides to distribute SR 7.8 million cash ‎dividends for H1‎

Raoom Trading Company announced the decision of the Board of Directors to distribute 7.8 million riyals in cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of the fiscal year 2023 AD, equivalent to 12.5% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares due for dividends amounted to 6.2 million shares, at 1.25 riyals per share, provided that the eligibility for shareholders is on Thursday on 03/08/2023 AD, and the distributions will be paid within 15 working days from the date of entitlement.
