SEDCO Capital REIT distributes SAR 25 million cash dividends to its unitholders for Q2

Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) announced the distribution of SAR 25 million cash dividends to the unitholders of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund for the period from 01 April 2023 to 30 June 2023, which is equivalent to 2.43% of the net assets value.

Number of outstanding units on which cash distributions will be distributed amounts to 186.9 million units, at SAR 0.134. Provided that cash distribution entitlements to unitholders shall be based on the unitholder register at the end of Aug. 7, 2023; Besides, Distributions shall be paid within 60 days.
