Nikkei closed lower on caution ahead of BOJ meeting
Japan’s Nikkei Index closed lower today; Due to caution ahead of the Bank of Japan’s monetary policy meeting, while the yen’s rise against the dollar prompted investors to sell stocks.
The Nikkei index decreased by 0.09%, to close at 32391.26 points, while the broader Topix index fell by 0.17%, to end its trading at 2239.10 points.
