Tam Development BOD recommends distribution of SAR 2.7 million cash dividend for FY 2022

Tam Development Co. announced the Board of Directors recommendation to distribute SAR 2.7 million cash dividend for Fiscal year ending 2022, by 8.5% of the share’s nominal value.

The number of shares eligible for dividends amounts to 3.2 million shares at an amount of SAR 0.85 per share. The eligibility for dividends will be for the shareholders who own the company’s shares at the end of the second trading day following the day of the company’s general assembly meeting and who are registered in the company’s shareholder register with the Edaa Center Company.
