MIS distributes SAR 45 million cash dividends for H1 of FY 2023

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. announced the distribution of SAR 45 million cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of the year 2023, equivalent to 15% of the nominal value of the share.

The number of shares eligible for dividends is 30 million shares, and the dividend per share amounts to SAR 1.5 per share.

The eligibility of Cash dividends will be to Shareholders who own the company shares on the Eligibility date and are enrolled in the Company’s register at Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the due date, which will be on Thursday, 27.07.2023.

While the distribution date will be on Wednesday, 09.08.2023.

This comes in line with the Dividends Distribution Policy for the period of three years, which started in the second half of 2021 and was approved during the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 26.05.2021. Whereas the policy aims to maintain minimum dividends per share based on 45% of net profits per annum.
