Saudi Refineries announces date and method of distributing dividends to shareholders for FY 2022

Saudi Arabian Refineries announced that the dividends would be distributed as of Wednesday, 19.07.2023, by direct transfer to the bank accounts linked to the investment portfolios of the shareholders.

Knowing that the eligibility for the dividends was for the shareholders who own the shares at the end of trading on Thursday, 22.06.2023 (the due date), and who are registered in the company’s shareholder register at the Securities Depository Centre (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
